Applying the Photopolymer
Obtain a pre-stretched screen from a screen supply store (there are many on-line sources). If this is part of a course, your instructor should supply the screen.
  1. Place a pre-stretched screen on a flat surface in a room absent of UltraViolet (UV) light
  2. Locate liquid photopolymer emulsion
  3. Pour approximately 1/4 cup on the outside (flat) side of the screen
  4. Spread emulsion evenly with a squeegee
  5. Continue spreading horizontally and vertically across the screen until the emulsion begins to create a firm tacky consistency
  6. Allow screen to dry - perferably overnight, however, a fan could also be used
